I received one that stopped working after 15 minutes.
I requested a refund and it took almost a month to be processed.
I ordered another one just like it because it was the laptop and tablet settings I was looking for.
It is not a computer to install games, it does not have the requirements for it, but to carry out normal office, design and navigation procedures, it works perfectly.
Very thin and portable with low weight.
So far the only problem I see is the stickers for the international keyboard it comes with. They fit well but when the keyboard is illuminated the letters are not clear, I had to deactivate the keyboard backlit.
Other than that, it seems good to me because of the quality/price relationship.
Time will say the rest.

Very happy with this laptop computer which responds well to the description. The appearance is of quality. The touch screen works well. The only point to improve is the sound. It is well packed and the delivery has summer fast to be received in France!

The PC is ALMOST perfect as described .... Display, RAM, memory, touch and reversible display all correct .... Drums UNFORTUNATELY write that it has 5000 mAh .... unfortunately it has only 2500 and the duration is much shorter .... The only problem otherwise it deserved 5 stars

It is a very well manufactured computer, it looks of quality and elegant material, a fairly wide monitor, the graphics in games like roblox are excellent and move them very well. Cold white light on the keyboard with two intensities and at a very cheap price. Includes mouse, sticker set for different country language type, charger and mouse pad. Seller always answered my questions and at all times offering tracking information. Rewarded this computer and this seller to the 100%

This laptop is well built and looks great. However, the quality of the screen is not good for two reasons:

1) The brightness is poor, even at full level. I have tried checking many settings in Windows 11, but nothing makes a difference. The screen brightness is too dim on the laptop itself it seems?

2) The actual screen itself looks grainy, it looks like there might be a protective covering on it as would come with new laptops when they are being shipped. However, there is no screen protector or screen film on the laptop, the screen itself just seems to look very grainy, as if there were dirt or something on it. I have checked and use a cleaning cloth, but I don't think it is dirt. It'd just the screen itself that is not great.

Its a pity as if not for this issue it could be a good laptop, but the screen quality and brightness are very disappointing.

It is not a 2 in 1, the optical pencil does not work and the seller does not give a solution to ask much
