Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days after delivery to request a return or exchange.

Conditions

  • Item must be new, unworn, with tags and original packaging.
  • Hygiene/personalized items are not returnable (except defects).
  • Return shipping costs: if you changed your mind — you cover them; if it’s our mistake (defect/wrong item) — we cover them.

How to request

  1. Fill the “Contact support” form and choose “Return/Exchange”.
  2. Wait for our email with return label/address and instructions.
  3. Ship the parcel and keep the receipt/tracking.

Refunds

After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days (bank-dependent).
