Iron-on transfers for clothing, dtf printing (dtf printing)

DTF printing:
✅ Eco-friendly water-based paints are used;
✅ Can be used on all types of fabrics;
✅ It is possible to print a full-color image with complex transitions;
✅ The minimum line thickness should be at least 2 mm;
✅ The image is wear-resistant: does not fade or shed;
✅ The film width is 33 cm. The recommended printing area is 30 cm. But we can print 33 cm upon your request.
✅ Product care: wash at a temperature of 30-40 degrees, turned inside out. Iron on the reverse side.
Products using DTF printing technology can withstand up to 50 washes without loss of quality.

General requirements for an electronic layout

Files must have the extension of the program in which they were made.

The layout must be in 1:1 scale

All fonts must be converted to curves.

The minimum thickness of lines and elements is 1 mm.

The minimum text size (straight sans-serif font) is 7 pt.

It is not allowed to use rasterized text less than 8 pt (straight sans-serif font).

All colors are converted to CMYK. If the layout is in RGB, we automatically convert it to CMYK and color claims are not accepted.

White color is designated as #FFFFFF (!)

All effects, such as: shadows, transparencies, lenses, texture fills must be rasterized in CMYK-bitmap 300 dpi.

It is not allowed to have raster objects with a transparent background in the layout.

All raster images must be embedded in the document.

Embedded raster images must contain only one layer. They must not contain unnecessary layers, paths and channels. Resolution 300 dpi. Color model CMYK or Grayscale.

We reserve the right to refuse printing on your product if our technologist confirms a high probability of defective printing.

Defective printing on products is possible and depends on the technical features of the equipment, the cut of the product and the printing method!
